Advanced Information
Load Time - Load in time is between the hours of 5pm - 8pm. Bands can load in using the side door on Hamilton Street. (Map)
Set Times - A normal set runs from 10:30 - 2am and consist of two 90 minutes sets. Opening band set is 10:30-11:30. Headlining acts must take the stage by midnight.
Sound - Please let us know well in advance if you will be bringing a sound guy/gal or whether you will need one provided.
Recording - If you are interesting in recording your performance you should contact: Joe Sweet 315-724-3441.
Guests - Our policy on guests is 2 people per band member. Guest list must be submitted before loading in (unless prior arrangements are made). The Electric Company shows are 21 and over only, all guests must be 21+ to see your show.
Directions - The Electric Company is located right off I-90 (New York State Thruway) Click Here for Driving Directions Band parking is available on Varick and surrounding Streets.

Merchandise - Bands are encouraged to sell merchandise. One six foot long table will be provided for the band to use.
ECO Web Site - Please send an email to Zee listing a brief description/bio of the band and a JPEG band photo. This information maybe used on our website to promote you.

Publicity - Good publicity helps the band and the bar. Be sure to submit your press photos and bios to Our local publications and radio stations

Equipment
The following equipment will be provided if needed:
Drums “House Kit” The house kit has a 22” bass drum, 3 toms: 12, 13, and 16 floor, and 6 ½ by 14 snare from VS Custom Drums. It also includes a quality Pacific by DW bass drum pedal, as well as hi-hat pedal, snare stand, drum throne, and 2 cymbal stands. DRUMMERS MUST BRING THEIR OWN CYMBALS. If more that 2 cymbal stands are needed, the drummer must provide them. Please let the Electric Co know if you choose to bring your own kit. Drummers should feel free to bring their own snare and/or bass drum pedal.
